What?

I have no idea what that was about, but the animation was nice. Voice acting was verging on being annoying, but at least it sounded professional. I just don't really get what the joke was, or what the jokes WERE, or whatever the point of it was supposed to be.

So uh... what the fuck is this comic about?

There's more to a trailer than just playing dramatic music and putting together random images that don't make any sense. This trailer is almost laughable because of the overblown dramatic music playing over pictures of stuff I know nothing about and don't care about. The trailer is supposed to tell you a little about the story and the setting and make you want to see the full thing. But after watching this I still don't know what the comic is about.

Animation: ahahaha no. Don't tween. Don't jigger the characters around to animate walking like a 5 year old playing with an action figure.
Professional motion comics generally don't do that. If a character is walking around, they'll just draw him in a walking pose and maybe play footstep noises, they won't try to do lame novice animation on him.

If there WAS meaning, it was a failure, but still, smooth animation, pretty funny, really entertaining.

I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on.

Biggest problem is that I really couldn't work out what the hell was going on - I could make out the gist of the plot, and also something about... explosive cake? But beyond that I was completely lost.

Animation is poor - is that 6 or 8 frames per second? You pretty much shouldn't ever drop below 12 - 24 is better, but demands alot of work, so yeah. 12 is fine.

So it's quite nice and oddly endearing, but yeah: incomprehensible, and bad animation.

Well, thanks for the advice. Yeah, the frame rate was 6.5 frames per second. It was my first flash that I made when I was bored, so I was expecting some criticism to appear. Hopefully, I'll be able to follow your advice in the near future so I can make better animations.

Too long.

Biggest problem is it's too long, cut it a few seconds longer. Second biggest problem is the text is illegible. The sound effects or music or whatever it a good choice, and overall it looks good - don't know how memorable it would be, though.

Also, this makes me think Newgrounds needs a "Clips/Experiments" genre for people to classify their submissions under.

Starfox, eh? Well, let's see... could use some improvement, obviously. However, it has lots of potential, as do you. I give it a 7.

When I first started working on Silent Storm (and this flash), I took some influence from Starfox, seeing as I played it relegiously as a child. xD

But the story has evolved and moved on a LOT since then, like all good inspiration should.
